There is good info contained within the app but it crashes every 2-3 min.

The try it on feature only shows me my hand in most cases. Selecting a simple solitaire setting was the only time it worked. And only in white gold. Changed it to a different metal and the ring image disappears. App would be cool if it actually worked.

Frequently crashes when searching in ring settings.

I can hardly view additional pictures of any of the rings because it will crash. Rather annoying.

When you build a ring and then use the "try it on" feature, the ring never loads. If it worked it would be a cool app.

Please Update For iPhone 6 Plus Always crash

There is much utility in this app but the developers need to fix the constant crashes. An iPad app would be helpful, too.

Lead times went from a few days to over a week... not sure for the change, but just lost a sale to me.

My fiancé wanted to try on a ring before we decided to purchase it, and this app allowed us to do just that! With Blue Niles return policy, we had no problem ordering with the option to return if we werent happy (but she was happy with the ring, so its all good).

The only reason I downloaded that app is for the Try It On feature, as I know what setting I want. But alas, I just have a bunch of photos of my hand with no ring. The ring doesnt show up in the photo. FIX IT!!!!

I downloaded, app asked if I wanted notifications then it just freezes. Deleted and re downloaded 3 times and it does the exact same thing. So I couldnt use the app at all. Just stays frozen on the very first screen. Very frustrating.
