The apps is frozen or down lately. Pls fix

You expect me to buy something from you when you can even update your app? Annoying.

This is an ok app if you are looking for engagement rings specifically. Would be better if you could order some of their other products as well.

Please fix this. Im a woman looking for an engagement ring for another woman and was immediately put off by the hetero normative language in the app description. Would have given the app 4 stars if it wasnt for this.

I will like to say that I used this app before but it has not been updated in a really long time, because of this it doesnt work anymore.

...Please at least update it to fit the screen of the iPhone 5/5c/5s. The last update was almost 2 years ago.

Im obsessed with the store and I love that they created an app. Is very user friendly and works perfectly! The only thing I missed was the pictures of different views of the engagement rings. They have it on the web site and it really helps to see on the mannequins hand.

They need to incorporate some side view photos of the rings. Why are we limited to viewing just one photo? I would also like to be able to read customer reviews on the app. Going to the actual Blue Nile website is better... especially if youre going to be making an expensive purchase. The app just doesnt provide enough photos.

This was the best option to find with easiness the best option and price for a diamond, excellent app and interface. Non-struggle and enjoyable diamond shopping.

Tried it on the ipad mini, cant use the search bars to narrow results of either price, carat, or anything else for that matter! Waste of time!

Installed on my iPhone, wanted to use try it on feature. You cannot narrow the search for a Diamond the drag bars are nonfunctional. They should fix these things before advertising the app.

I am fascinated with the engagement ring try-on feature and dreambox. This is one of the most innovative apps Ive seen in a while for online shopping. To the one that said it was useless: its not meant to be for iPad! Im happy to see this company doing great things and cant wait to show all my friends!

Did not work at all. I hope this app is actually "Free" as advertised. I had to verify my account info before the download. Waste of time. Hmmm.

Was so excited to use this app until I realized nothing worked. Cant filter out what you want to search for... Please fix and itll be worth 5 stars!

Shopping and browsing is easy. Dream Box is hours of fun.

This app is great - I found an engagement ring for my gf and it was super easy and it arrived with no problems. Im also checking out other jewelry for xmas, maybe some earrings or something, and this is a cool way to shop without having to talk to an annoying salesperson

The functions of the Blue Nile app are intuitive and easy to use, which made shopping for a diamond and ring easy for me. There are more functions that could be added, but overall I think the developers did a good job.

Im looking for an engagement ring. The data on this site is great. Very helpful. But the app crashed on me 4x in the last 20 mins. Not good!!
